4:00pm: Ceremony rehearsal at St. Mary's Church in Ballston Spa

5:30pm: Rehearsal Dinner at The Inn at Saratoga

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 12th

5:45am: Makeup services begin in bridal suite at Inn at Saratoga

7:00am: Hair services begin
Please have clean hair or up to one day dirty

8:00am: Breakfast delivered to the ladies. Make sure to eat and stay hydrated!

10:00am: Flower girls arrive for hair and makeup

10:45am: All hair and makeup complete

11:00am: Bridesmaids PJ photo

11:10am: Bridesmaids and Mom get dressed

11:20am: JoAnn gets dressed

11:50am: FOB arrives to Bridal Suite dressed and ready for pictures

12:00pm: First look for bridesmaids and JoAnn

12:05pm: First look for FOB and JoAnn

12:35pm: Bridesmaids and mom depart in party bus for church
JoAnn and FOB depart in Rolls Royce for church

12:50pm: Everyone arrives to church for ceremony

1:00pm: Processional Begins

4:00pm: Photos of J&T

4:45pm: Doors open for cocktail hour

6:00pm: Cocktail hour ends, guests are invited to find their seats

6:17pm: Introductions (parents, bridal party and couple); First dance; 15 minute dance set

6:45pm: Toasts by Margaret DeLauter/Kathryn DeLauter (together) / Toast by Allen Wengert

7:00pm: Entree served

7:30pm: Cake cutting; Parent dances; dance floor opens

10:00pm: Reception end, after party at Walt Whitman Brewery
